Vanessa Garde has been awarded the Musimagen Prize for Best Original Score in a Documentary for “Mientras Seas Tú.” This award is particularly significant as it comes from fellow composers within the music industry, highlighting her peers’ respect and admiration.
Expressing her gratitude, Garde said, “Thank you to all my Musimagen colleagues for awarding ‘Mientras Seas Tú’ as the best documentary score. This recognition from within our musical sector, from other composers I admire, holds special value. Congratulations to all the other winners.”
She also praised the collaborative effort behind the project, including director Claudia Pinto Emperador and producers Nakamura Films, Sin Rodeos Films, and TV3. She also extended her thanks to her musical team and office JUNY Films.
The awards ceremony will be held on October 18, 2024, at Sala Berlanga in Madrid. Congratulations to all the winners and many thanks to Musimagen members for their support and participation.
